Our monitoring solution can send an alert to your IT team if there is a critical issue rearing its head. We provide monthly reports of how your systems are operating and if Consulting is purchased with this package, we can either recommend changes or mitigate the issues on your behalf.
Managed services is our all-in-one package. We consult on your behalf, monitor and manage your environment and provide and the tools necessary to protect your applications and computing assets. When you choose this package, we are your IT department or an extension of your IT department. We provide monthly reports. With our workflow automation, we mitigate the issues as soon as our remote monitoring and management system alerts us. We also provide a helpdesk so your users can contact us to resolve their issues.
