1. A client was in need of expanding their IT department. The client had recently completed a refresh of their network and servers. They had gone from individual management of switches to managing all their switching and firewall products under one management plane. This created complexities for the organization and one wrong configuration could bring down their entire enterprise. PBCLLC took over the network, servers and helpdesk from the organization. Since the organization’s IT is managed by PBCLLC, we have been able to increase the availability of on-premises and cloud applications, increase security posture and increase productivity by recommending additional business-critical products or streamlining procedures
  2. A client’s IT Director had recently left to pursue another job. The IT Director was the only IT support the client had. PBCLLC offered to begin managed services for the client. During the on-boarding process, PBCLLC had discovered issues impacting business-critical functions. PBCLLC while going through on-boarding corrected the issue and stabilized the environment. During this onboarding, PBCLLC created a fail-over environment to the cloud, initiated Office critical data backups, began filtering mail and removing those with viruses or malicious code and conducted monthly phishing attack training.

An organization came to us because they needed their IT team fully engaged in day-to-day activities of Helpdesk and projects. PBCLLC offered to take over monitoring for the organizations servers, endpoints, applications and networking hardware. Now, their IT team focuses on projects and remediating user issues. The organization has been able to reduce helpdesk tickets due to PBCLLC finding an anomaly inside their network and meet project deadlines.

An organization needed PBCLLC to install and configure a solution they recently purchased. The solution consisted of connecting one of their branch offices to their headquarters. Both voice and data would traverse over the SD-WAN connection. PBCLLC set up both sides, created priorities for voice traffic and allowed certain endpoints to traverse the VPN, while others utilizing cloud services could connect directly to them. The organization was very satisfied with our work, they have since signed on to our managed services.
