OneDrive is becoming the go to for file storage. If you accidently delete a file and 31 days later you try to find it, you will not be able to because OneDrive will delete the file if it has been in your Recycle bin for 30 days. Our backup system will recover the file(s) and restore it back to its original location. Rest assured, when you purchase one of our products, you will have the peace of mind that your files and email are safe even if a user maliciously deletes a file or email It is still recoverable as long as the initial backup was done prior to the deletion and a good backup of the mailbox and OneDrive repository was successful prior to the deletion.
To note, if a users Microsoft 365 license is removed for 30 days or more, Microsoft will delete the mailbox if there was not a retention policy set in the Microsoft tenant. Our backup system can alleviate excessive Microsoft 365 licenses because we have indefinite retention policies set on all our clients.
