- Collaborated and planned a smooth cutover to replace on-premise Barracuda web and spam filter with cloud-based vendor AppRiver.
- Designed, configured, implemented replacement of EMC Avamar and Symantec System Recovery Service to Rapid Recovery DL4300.

- Collaborated and assisted in Office 365 E3 edition migration of 250 users.
- Created rules in enterprise-based anti-virus to block Ransomware, other threats.
