The Avenue at Tower City, Cleveland
. . . in Remodeling and/or Additions
and Renovation Construction.
More often than not, if HVAC systems in remodeled, renovated or
building additions do not work properly, it is because the
designs were based on incorrect assumptions about the condition,
capacity or capability of the existing HVAC equipment being
utilized in the new design. To be assured that the system
design is based on factual information, existing HVAC systems
affected by or utilized in the project may need to be field
inspected and/or tested before the system is designed. In a
remodel, renovation or addition project, it is also to your
short- and long-term advantage to bring the CCA into the
planning process as early as possible. Again, the CCA will
prepare a detailed Plan which, in essence, covers the same
points outlined under New Construction.
